Relationship-Focused Therapy is therapy with a systemic, attachment-focused perspective and a strong emphasis on one or more relationships in the adult individual’s life. The goal is to explore any underlying attachment issues, negative symptoms (like anxiety or depression), and/or patterns of thinking, behaviors, or communication that may be contributing to challenges within relational subsystems (friendships, family relationships, romantic relationships, coworker relationships, etc.).

Teletherapy (also called telemedicine) is the use of HIPAA-compliant telecommunication to provide clinical care from a distance. Teletherapy is a very helpful tool to overcome distance barriers or situations when the client is not physically able to come in to the therapy office. We are proud to provide HIPAA-compliant teletherapy services via Zoom, which is easy to use, is available to clients at no additional cost, and covered by most major insurances.
